I loved living at the Belmont by Reside and will always remember my years there fondly. As I settle in my new apartment in Florida, it is clear that I became extremely spoiled by the outstanding management and excellent service that were the norm at the Belmont.

We haven't been in The Belmont by Reside very long, but so far the experience has been awesome. The amenities are great, the apartment is spacious and clean with newer appliances, and the staff are very nice and professional. Moving in was a breeze with an entrance and freight elevator that are easily accessible.

The Belmont and Reside sets the bar for housing in Chicago. From leasing to move in the staff was very helpful and made me feel like they valued me as a resident. I'm afraid to move to a new apartment because I don't think I will find a better experience.

We've been here almost 2 years and absolutely love it. Great building, staff is awesome and it is a real community. The rooftop is a huge plus and location can't be beat. Funny thing is we lived here 16 years ago and loved it enough to come back. This building has a cool history and good karma. Really happy we chose it for a second home.

The Belmont is an old hotel, but run like a new one. Any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. The apartments are fabulously quiet. The location is the best for access to Lincoln Park and a quick express bus ride to Michigan Ave. In short, it's been wonderful to live here.

Because the building was built nearly 80 years, the walls are well insulated and isolate noises. This apartment is the quietest apartment I've ever lived in. If a quiet apartment is something you value, consider this apartment building.

The location is perfect and ideal for someone without a car. Quick access to multiple bus lines and short walking distance to the train station. The roof top deck is wonderful. The grills are awesome and always clean and ready to cook. The views are some of the best in the city.

While looking for apartments, being pet friendly was a must for me. They go above and beyond here and even remember my dogs name! We couldn't be happier here- it's truly a beautiful place to call home!

The Belmont is a wonderful place to live. The community are friendly and kind. It has easy access to the lake, downtown and public transport. There is also easy access to a small grocery store and dry cleaning from inside the Belmont, for those cold winter days.
